Everybody is into home and garden renovations these days and the Maryland Home and Garden Show, taking place February 29 through March 2 and March 7 through March 9, at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Maryland, sums it up best with this years theme, “Home Sweet Home.”

This year’s Maryland Home & Garden Show, presented in conjunction with the Maryland Spring Craft Show, has something for everyone. Features of the show include, 19 professionally landscaped gardens; including townhouse gardens, 400 home improvement exhibits, wine tasting, free seminars at the Green Thumb Theater, an Orchid Show and Sale in Horticulture Hall, the opportunity to buy plants and unique garden accessories, as well as the chance to win $15,000 in landscaping, material courtesy of New Edge Design LLC.

Bring your garden landscape, remodeling, home design, and kitchen and bath questions. Experts are waiting to answer your home improvement dilemmas and to discuss your ideas. Dozens of home improvement specialists will be standing by to offer helpful advice to help make your home improvement project an accomplished project. You’ll have the chance to speak one on one with some of the industries leading professionals.

The Maryland Home & Garden show also has a full lecture schedule, which will cover a wide variety of home and garden issues. Subjects like energy saving, design, gardening and home improvement just scratches the surface of what will be covered.

Tickets for the Maryland Home & Garden Show are $10.00 for adults, $9.00 for seniors, $3.00 for children ages 6-12, and children under 6 are admitted free. Tickets for the craft show only are $5.00.
